If you pay prior to each event
on the website and use Paymate it will cost you $15 per race entered
per day. Payment must be received at least 2 days before each race
day. If payment is not received at least 2 days prior to race day,
on the day entry of $20 will apply. ALL payments not made via Paymate
will be charged at $20 per race. Entries will only be accepted on-line
if all details are complete.
Season Entries:
You should use this same form to complete your season entry forms.
Early Bird Discount $160.00(lump sum) – down from $195 - To
receive the discounted rate of $160, a COMPLETED Season Entry Form
with all names, licence numbers and money must be received on or
by Thursday 24th September 2009. (Incomplete forms will not be valid).
UP FRONT PAYMENT IS THE ONLY WAY TO COMPLETE A SEASON ENTRY FORM
THIS YEAR. If you are going to pay each race – then you must
go online and fill out the form each time.
*Refunds: When a season entry has been paid in full,
the entry fee for any series race weekend not started will be reimbursed
at end of season.
